Self-Care takes participants on a fun, reflective and interactive journey that invites us to identify, correct and ultimately release unhealthy self-care practices. As we become more aware of the choices that lead to maximal health and well-being, we become more committed to shifting our consciousness to create a lifestyle plan that will bring us greater happiness in all areas of our lives. Topics include effective strategies for weight and stress management; healthy eating for strengthening the immune system; nourishing rest and sleep, as well as guidelines for more fulfilling relationships through setting boundaries, forgiveness and letting go.
