The words and the language we use are found in every piece and parcel of our lives. By changing a word, we could either increase, diminish or shift our experience and our reality. The words we use can make a difference for generations to come or more simply the next unfolding moment. There are patterns of language and belief that direct us to missing the mark of our highest and best. Consciousness expands with the words we use. Keeping our word results in an experience of being true to ourSelf. Join us this Sunday as we look at first agreement to “be impeccable with your word,” from the ancient Toltec wisdom of Don Miguel Ruiz’s book The Four Agreements. Join us as we continue to follow our heart and awaken to the life of our dreams.
